Founder, Illuminate Parties

I grew up in North London dancing, singing, acting and trying my hand at pretty much every sport I could! Performing has always been such a huge part of my life, and I went on to train and gain qualifications with the RAD, ISTD and Acrobatic Arts as a dance and acro teacher.

Illuminate started very simply, with me and my two siblings doing what we love and creating magical experiences for children. Since then, our little Illuminate family has grown into a wonderful team of over 15 entertainers, and I feel so lucky to have found people who genuinely love what they do just as much as we do. For us, it’s so much more than turning up in a costume and playing a few games. We absolutely LOVE seeing a child’s face light up when their favourite character walks through the door, watching them completely believe in the magic, and knowing that we’ve helped create a memory they’ll be talking about long after their birthday is over.

Every member of our team brings something a little different — whether they’re a dancer, actor, sports coach or just naturally brilliant with children. We carefully match each party with an entertainer whose personality and energy suit the experience you’re imagining. Every entertainer is Enhanced DBS checked and trained by us, so you can relax knowing your little one is in safe hands. Our favourite part of what we do is taking the ideas children dream about and finding a way to make them feel real. Whether that’s meeting their favourite princess, training to become a superhero, dancing like a pop star or scoring the winning goal, we want every child to feel like, for a little while, they’ve stepped right into their own magical world.
